We welcome prospective students, visiting faculty and other guests to our department. The Department of Physics’ main office is in Riddick Hall on NC State’s historic North Campus. We also have key research facilities on Centennial Campus.

NC State is located in vibrant Raleigh, North Carolina, close to the Research Triangle Park. We also offer easy access to Raleigh-Durham International Airport, major highways and rail transportation.

The closest visitor parking lot to our main office in Riddick Hall is the Coliseum Parking Deck. Consult the map to reach Riddick Hall from your parking location. From the Coliseum Deck, walk through the tunnel (the one on your left, opposite Reynolds Coliseum) under the railroad tracks, and Riddick is across from where you emerge.

The closest visitor parking to Partners Building III is in the Partners Way Deck. Exit on the west side of the deck (closest to Main Campus Drive), and our building is ahead of you, next to LexisNexis.
